Organizational Structure

Team

Grandis Timber has both national and international staff, both in Phnom Penh and our Kampong Speu site office. Field work is carried out by a combination of in-house operations and independent subcontractors.  As at June 2016, we had a permanent staff complement of 137, with a casual labour force, varying seasonally, of between approximately 300 and 600 people.
